As an administrator you are able to "login in" as a specific user.
You are able to trouble-shoot issues or progress contracts/approvals on behalf of absent users.
Each time a user logs into your account a session record is created. You are able to monitor sessions and if required,
you can terminate the sessions of users currently logged in and temporarily prevent logins.
Use 2 factor login to increase the level of security on your account.
Users are required to enter a 6 digit code in addition to their password in order to gain access to their account.
Each edit, delete, archive or add is automatically recorded by the system. The audit trial feature allows you to review or search a full audit of changes.
Quickly mark a contract as "confidential". Contracts that are confidential can only be viewed by users that are explicitly linked to the contract.
Create security groups and assign users to one or more groups. Contracts are then assigned to one of more groups.
Each group can be given read only or full access. Users are only able to view contracts that they are given access to.
Office365 / Google SSO Login
A generic plugin that will allow Sign-sign on with any SAML based application.
You are able to add additional contracts to your plan. Add contracts in packs of 50.
Theres no limit to the number of packs you are allowed to add to your plan.
You are able to add read-only users to your plan.
Read only users have access to data in your account, can run reports and can approve transactions.
They are not able to create, edit or delete contracts.
